Most of us are in the dark about how to cultivate a meaningful sexuality. We learn to distrust our body, allow others to define who we are, and loose touch with our powerful erotic potential. We''ve never been taught how to expand our body''s natural intelligence for joy. In a culture where commercial sex is everywhere, but meaningful sex information nowhere, we have not learned how to mature authentically into richly erotic and spiritual beings.
As a Sex and Intimacy Coach, I meet you with respect and compassion where you are on your sexual/spiritual journey and take you where you want to go. Using the tools of sacred intention, orgasmic breathing, erotic touch and massage, and other body-honoring rituals, I awaken your body''s innate capacity for profound joy, connection, deep relaxation, and ecstatic trance. I help you add color to your erotic palette so you may paint your erotic landscape more uniquely, more vividly, and more ecstatically.
In a sex-negative society we all have been limited by misinformation, religious dogma, shame and guilt. We do not understand how the body works erotically. We lack experience, feel performance anxiety, are too shy to speak our desires, and our bodies are dulled by stress and past trauma. Transforming past challenges into new opportunity for expanded pleasure in the body is my work as a Sex and Intimacy Coach.
Sessions for each client are confidential, uniquely tailored, and can be short or long term depending on the issues at hand. As a Sex and Intimacy Coach I teach you how to live in your body more fully, comfortably, and ecstatically. You learn to open the heart, focus the mind, and cultivate a playful, spontaneous Eros.
