Get Cuddled evenings are fun, social events where adults learn to give and receive non-sexual, heartfelt touch in a safe, consensual space. The evening starts with the facilitator giving a mini-workshop (40 minutes) where you practice simple exercises on how to ask for what you want, and how to say yes and no to other's requests. Arrive on time; you must attend this orientation to attend the rest of the evening.

At Cuddles you practice being yourself while connecting with others. In a supportive community you practice expressing your desires to touch and be touched, learn how to graciously receive a "no, thank you", and how to find a shared "yes" if you desire. You learn to take care of yourself while being close to others. These relationship skills are easy-to-learn and empowering to practice. Asking for permission before touching builds comfort, caring, and confidence between people.

Facilitator Charla weaves a sacred, safe place for you to practice recognizing and expressing your desires, accepting that not all requests get met, taking risks, and relaxing into the joy of giving and receiving touch.
